Franklin County Probate Launches E-Filing

Franklin County Probate Court has taken its new e-filing system live. We have been working with their team since February to get up to speed on new rules and new and updated local forms.

The new local forms will be live on EstateAssist this week. The Court has indicated there will be another update of forms in the coming days, and they are already planning to get us those details as soon as they are finalized. We expect to have those updated forms added within a few days.

We have some exciting ideas for how to better help our users develop best practice procedures for e-filing. More on those in the coming months.
