EstateAssist Adds Multi-Factor Authentication

Your data security is of primary importance to us. EstateAssist is built and hosted on some of the most powerful and secure software platforms in the world, including Amazon’s AWS system. It has been repeatedly security tested and is subjected to ongoing, periodic tests. Now, it offers a new layer of security.

Users now have the option of activating multi-factor authentication, for further protection of their accounts. If your firm uses this option, each time one of your users logs in to the app, they will immediately receive an email with a unique temporary code that must be entered to complete the login process.

To activate multi-factor authentication in your account, one of your Administrators will need to go to the Account Management section of their "Admin" page and select the Firm Settings link. They will then see an option for enabling the multi-factor authentication option.
